CHEMICAL MANUFACTURER BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE STRATEGIC INITIATIVE
New Jersey - May 2005 - A major manufacturer of chemical products embarked on a strategic initiative to provide enhanced, companywide business intelligence reporting from the company’s data warehouse. This is a project of very large magnitude that pushes the limits of leading ERP and BI technologies used by the company. Clear Blue was engaged to provide the project management leadership and internal/external resource coordination. In addition Clear Blue is helping to define and drive the strategy for a successful project implementation.
